ROHS Chromate Conversion
We are the only facility in Colorado with RoHS Chromate Conversion tanks, and provide the service for a wide range of part sizes.
This process is an excellent pre-treatment for aluminum and magnesium and is suitable for pre-treatment under Liquid Paint and occasionally Powder Coating. It provides an ideal bonding surface and increased salt-spray performance.
In addition, Industrialex provides certification of Chromate Conversion that meets military standard MIL-PRF-5541 TY II (clear) Class 1A or 3.
